For organizations utilizing the Yardstik Risk Management solution, outstanding volunteer/staff registration statuses in a Pending Review state will now automatically update to Approved when a candidate’s risk management status is set to Approved. Organizational admins will now have a more streamlined process and no longer need to work across multiple views to approve volunteer/team staff registration statuses. 

Any future registration that are made by Team Staff/Volunteers after the Risk Status is set to Approved will not automatically update their registration status Approved - this must be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Risk management statuses and expiration dates for candidates can be modified by clicking on the name of the person in the All Applications report. The Risk information can be updated in the fields under the candidate’s profile photo.

Note: If a person’s risk management status changes from ‘Approved’ to “Blank’ or ‘Expired’ after their RM status has been changed to ‘Approved’, then no action is taken on their past or future registration status.
