Registration & Sched Partners - Make teams available in the app

Controlling Teams and Roster Visibility

  • Click on the Scheduling Management tab and open your Schedules in Demosphere Universal Experience.
  • Navigate to the Competition/Program and Season you are managing from the right-hand dropdowns and click on the settings icon at any level in the season structure.

  • Click on the menu for Permissions to indicate if you want the teams and rosters in the selected grouping(s) to be visible to Team Staff and/or Players/Parents. Click Save.

Then proceed to Schedules > [Select Respective Season] > Click Gear Icon
Permissions should be toggled to ON.

NoteAccess to Teams on the web as well as the Demosphere Mobile App will automatically expire 30 days after the season end date to ensure users are only engaging with active teams within each season. Teams will also not be accessible if your season end date has been left blank.

Schedule visibility in the app will also be impacted by Permissions in Program Registration > Season Structure.
