NOTE:  We have updated the workflow rules and things are in a good place for this weekend. These are the active rules in place for printing rosters and passes. If a rule is violated, you will see a warning which you can hover over to see which rule(s) are being broken:

1. Rosters/Passes can not be printed for teams unless the team status = Approved. District Registrars should be approving teams.

2. Players will not print on the roster if they don’t have the proof of birth equal to YES

3. Players will not print on the roster if they don’t have a photo

4. Passes can't be printed for players if they don't have a photo
