Resetting A Webmail Password

If you are a Webmail Admin and have forgotten your Webmail password, go to the mailadmin.demosphere.com. Enter in your Administrative ID and click on the hyperlink that says "I forgot my password."

If you've forgotten your password, or if you've failed to enter the correct password, it's important to click on the "I forgot my password" hyperlink after the second try. Otherwise, if you fail a third time the system will lock you out and the reset process will take longer.

In the Password Reset window, type in your Webmail admin Administrative ID again and put in the Email Address that is associated with that Admin.

Answer the security question that appears and change your password.

Back on your initial screen, the new password should grant you access your system.
