To locate and unblock emails (remove emails from the blacklist) in your Webmail portal follow the instructions below:
- Log into Webmail (webmail.demosphere.com)
- In the upper right-hand corner find the Settings option. Click Settings.
- Select the bullet point Spam Settings.
- Click on the tab that says Blacklist.
- If the person has been blacklisted, simply select their name in the "Blacklisted Domains & Email Addresses" and hit Delete. This will remove them from your blacklist e-mail.
