Login & Security Questions

Once an account has been created in TeamNet, Users can change their User ID at any time from the Login & Security option on the main user dashboard.


TeamNet incorporates an advanced level of password security for all returning members. Users are able to set two security questions within the system to protect their personal registration information from being compromised while recovering a forgotten password.

Within the Edit Login & Security Settings window, choose from a list of five available security questions (optional).


If the User has forgotten their password, direct them to the following link: and click on the Forgot Password link. Then put in the address to reset "your email that is on file".

Instructions will be sent to reset the password.
