When are Push Notifications Sent to Referees?

If a Referee has the mobile app installed and push notifications enabled, they will receive the following types of push notifications:
 

  • A notification is sent when new game assignment invitations are sent out by Admins or Assignors. The notification is titled 'Referee Assignment' followed by the club/league/association name. Clicking on this push notification will automatically load the game details where they can Accept or Decline the assignment in the mobile app. 
     
  • A notification is sent when game assignment details are modified (date, time, or location). The referee will then be removed from the assignment and new invitation will need to be sent for the updated game.
     
  • A notification is sent 24 hours in advance of an accepted game assignment. (Game assignment reminder notification) Clicking on this push notification will automatically load the game details in the mobile app.
