Household Admins can now view their full Registration Order history directly on the Demosphere mobile app. Each order will display along with the name of the organization, order date/time, order quantity and total amount. Clicking on each order will display all relevant details for the order including a full transaction history. 

A Manage Payment Settings button is available at the top of each order to allow users to login to each client and update credit card information on file or convert a cash/check payment into a credit card payment as needed. 

To access your Registration Order History:

1. Select Account from the app home screen then tap on your household name. 
2. On the Household Info view select the order icon at the bottom of the screen.
3. Household orders will display on the screen. Tap on an order to view the order details. 
4. Scroll down on the order to view order information, any order items, and transaction history.
5. Use the Manage Payment Settings button at the top of the screen to log in to your account and edit/ update payment information for the order.
