Send a Message to the Staff Wall

To send a message to the Staff Wall follow these steps: 

  1. Navigate to your Team View and click on the Team you want to engage with 
  2. Click on the Message Icon at the bottom of the Team Page
  3. Make sure the Staff Wall option is selected, type your message and send

 

All Team Staff Members will receive a push notification alerting them to the new message.

Team Staff Members can reply to the Staff Wall to engage with other Staff Members at any time. 

 

NOTE: When sending a message, if a user has lost connection on their mobile device they have the option to tap on the message and either try to resend the message or delete it from the conversation.
