Send a Message to the Staff Wall
To send a message to the Staff Wall follow these steps:
- Navigate to your Team View and click on the Team you want to engage with
- Click on the Message Icon at the bottom of the Team Page
- Make sure the Staff Wall option is selected, type your message and send
All Team Staff Members will receive a push notification alerting them to the new message.
Team Staff Members can reply to the Staff Wall to engage with other Staff Members at any time.
NOTE: When sending a message, if a user has lost connection on their mobile device they have the option to tap on the message and either try to resend the message or delete it from the conversation.
