If there is a need to provide Team Specific Information, such as uniform instructions or pre-game/training arrival times, team staff will have the option to include specific team notes via the Team Calendar view or on the Demosphere Mobile App. 

Team specific notes can then be seen when team members view the events from the team calendar view via the team page and the event details on the Demosphere Mobile App.

Once games and training have been created, team staff can add more specific notes by following the steps below:

Via the Team Page

1. Navigate to the Team’s Page and click on the Calendar tab. 
2. Use the calendar options to locate the game or training event. Click on the event and then select the Edit button.
3. Input or modify any team-specific information in the text box and click Save once complete.   

 

 

Via the Demosphere Mobile App 

1. Open the app and navigate to the team's events by either going to the team-specific calendar found by selecting the team under My Active Teams or using the My Daily Events section on the home screen. 
2. Once you have selected the event from either the All Events view or Team Calendar view tap on the edit icon on the team event details view.
3. Input or modify any team-specific information in the text box and click Save once complete.
