Tip of the Week: How Members Update Profiles and Photos

Your members have the ability to login and manage their own profile and photos, including those of all their household members. This can be done at any time, even outside of the normal registration process.

Direct your members to login to your Demosphere system using the same login link you use to access your dashboard. The URL will look like: https://{yourdomain}.demosphere-secure.com/admin.

From there, your members have access to My Account Information where they can access the "Manage Profile" button. Members will be directed to their TeamNet account and household where they can edit/add information for any of their household members, including updating email addresses, household address, add profile photos, add new members, etc.
