Quick Build Rosters for Connected Teams

 

Quick building rosters will accelerate the rostering process when teams are connected for admins and reduce the number of duplicates within organizations. Follow the steps below to quickly build connected teams:

 

  1. Navigate to the Team Page for the team you wish to build the roster out for.  Note: If you are not sure which teams the team is currently connected to, go to the Reports tab on the Team Page and select Team History Report.

  1. Back on the Info tab, click on the mini menu above the Rostered Staff section or above the Rostered Players section and select Add Staff to Roster or Add Player to Roster.


 

  1. Select the From History tab and check the boxes next to the staff members or players you wish to add to the roster. If a team is connected to multiple teams, use the Seasonal Team Roster dropdown menu to switch between different rosters to choose team members to add. Once complete, click Save.
